New 6 Week Challenge
What Is It?
The PFT 6 week challenge is a program designed to get you started towards a life of lasting healthy habits. During the 6 weeks you’ll participate in 3 small group classes a week, and receive nutritional guidance and an optional meal plan as well!
What to Expect?
Over the course of the 6 weeks you can expect to lose inches off your waist, decrease body fat, increase strength, and feel more energized and healthier each day! On average our challengers lose 2 inches off their waist and have a 3% decrease in body fat! We’ve had some challengers lose upwards of 20lbs as well!
Classes will run for 1 hour and you’ll be with a group of people who are just like you, ready and willing to get in the best shape of their life. A highly certified coach will lead the class through a warm up, strength or skill piece, and then a conditioning component (metcon), at the end that will leave you feeling exhausted, yet stronger and ready to come back for more!
When Is It?
Our next challenge runs Tuesday January 24th, 2017-Saturday March 4th, 2017. Classes will meet Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with morning, mid day and evening time slots.
Part of the challenge is building a routine to help keep you consistent so for the course of the 6 weeks you will choose one of these class times to come to each day. Sticking to your class time will be important because community is a major part of CrossFit, so if one member of the group starts faltering, it impacts everyone else too! We only accept people who are fully committed to coming to their designated class time for the full 6 weeks!
What Does It Cost?
If you wanted this type of program from a traditional globo gym you’d be looking at paying somewhere around $1500 for nutritional consulting and 3 personal training sessions a week. Because we offer this in a group setting, we’re able to still give you direct coaching and feedback to make sure you’re doing the movements properly, while greatly reducing the cost. The challenge is only $250 including the nutritional coaching!

After seeing the gym and answering any last questions you may have we can get you signed up on the spot! Space is limited though so don’t wait long! All of our challenges have sold out after a short period.
