The holidays are nearing, and we know what that means.  Peer pressure around food. Lots of it. Your aunt gets offended when you don’t eat her casserole (even though you aren’t sure what half the ingredients are), or your friends want you to go out drinking since you’re only home together 5x/year, etc.
