8 Week Aerobic Capacity Program
We are excited to introduce PFT’s newest program, Aerobic Capacity. The classes will take place on Thursday evenings from 5-6pm beginning January 24th. This program is FREE to members!
This 8 week program will use rowing and biking workouts to improve your “engine” and stamina. The course will be taught by certified coach and aerobic capacity specialist Brian Friend.
In the 8 session Aerobic Development course at PFT you’ll learn how to become a better breather, mover, and pacer. All of which will directly improve your ability to lift weight with more confidence, set PRs on benchmark WODs, and even be more efficient in your life outside the gym.
Developing the aerobic system takes less time than it does to build up a tremendous base of strength, but it still takes time. It isn’t always the most fun work and sometimes it appears repetitive, but the payoff from doing it, even in small increments, carries over to all aspects of exercise and life.
