PFT Endurance Program

Whether you are looking to improve your performance in long WOD's, train for a race or just improve your aerobic capacity PFT's endurance program is right for you!

Most CrossFit athletes do not have an endurance background and can benefit from building their aerobic capacity – their “engine.” Our endurance program is designed to be incorporated into your weekly training. There will be two classes per week with programming for a third day based on your individual goals. In addition to building capacity these classes will also emphasize efficient form and mechanics.

This is an 8 week program on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning May 29th and ending July 19th. Classes will be from 5:00pm to approximately 6:00pm.

We are bringing in an outside coach and endurance/running specialist lead this program. We are excited to bring in Alan maruschak to PFT!

Alan has 18 years of coaching experience and is currently a Performance Specialist and Head Coach of Christian Liberty Academy High School Track. He has competing in half marathons across the country, completed multiple marathons and one ultra marathon.

  • 8 Week session- May 29th to July 19th
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm
  • $99 for current members. $150 for non members.
