Train With a Goal. Train With a Community.
At Performance Factory Training, we believe every athlete deserves a path that fits where they are and where they want to go. Whether you thrive in a group class environment, prefer to follow a structured program on your own schedule, or want something built entirely around you — we have a way to train that works for your life.
Class Programming
Coach-led group training — included with all class memberships
Our group classes are where community, coaching, and results come together. Every class is led by an experienced PFT coach, scaled to your fitness level, and designed to challenge you in a way that’s sustainable and fun. No matter which format fits your schedule, you’ll always have a coach in your corner and a room full of people working alongside you.
Strength & Conditioning
Our flagship class offering. CrossFit-style strength and conditioning that builds real, functional fitness — barbell work, gymnastics, and conditioning combined into one hour of coached training. Each session follows a structured format: a warm-up, a strength or skill component, and a workout. Every movement is scalable, every athlete is welcomed, and every class is different.
Best for: Anyone who wants a complete, coach-led training experience that builds strength, improves conditioning, and keeps you coming back.
Bootcamp
High-energy group training built around circuits, full-body movements, and functional fitness. Less barbell-intensive than our S&C classes — Bootcamp uses bodyweight movements, dumbbells, and kettlebells in varied, fast-paced formats. A great way to build a fitness base, burn calories, and train hard in a supportive group environment.
Best for: Anyone looking for a varied, approachable group class that keeps things fresh and moves fast.
Programming Tracks
Structured, goal-specific programs — available to all members
Programming Tracks are for athletes who want more than the daily workout. Whether you want to complement your class training, pursue a specific performance goal, or have a structured plan for your open gym sessions, there is a track built for you.
All tracks are available to use during open gym hours, as an in-class alternative workout, or as a supplement to your regular class schedule. No matter which path you follow, you are still training inside the PFT community — with coaches available and fellow athletes around you every session.
Accessory Add-On
Targeted accessory work designed to complement your class training and give you an extra edge. Whether you want to reinforce the movements you're already doing in class, build strength in specific areas, or simply put in a little extra work on your own terms — this track makes it easy to do more without overhauling your schedule. Show up to class, then hit your accessory work. Simple.
Best for: Current class members who want to add focused, targeted training to their routine and build on top of what they're already doing in class.
Hybrid Race Training
Periodized preparation for Hyrox and Spartan races. If you have a race on the calendar — or you've been thinking about signing up for one — this track gives you a structured path to the start line. Race-specific conditioning, movement simulations, strength-to-endurance bridging, and the fitness base to compete with confidence.
Best for: Athletes training for a Hyrox or Spartan event, or anyone interested in competitive functional fitness racing.
Olympic Weightlifting
A dedicated program for athletes who want to develop real technical proficiency in the snatch and clean & jerk. Olympic lifting is a skill — and like any skill, it takes focused, deliberate practice beyond what a single class movement can provide. This track gives you that practice in a structured, progressive format.
Best for: Athletes who want to build power, barbell coordination, and technical efficiency in the Olympic lifts.
Aerobic Development
Structured aerobic conditioning designed to raise your engine over time. Zone 2 work, intervals, and longer-duration efforts that build the kind of fitness that makes everything else easier — faster recovery between sets, better endurance in workouts, and a higher ceiling for intensity. This is the work most people skip. It's also the work that pays off the most.
Best for: Athletes who want to improve their cardio base, recover faster, and perform better across every class and workout.
3-Day Full Body
A structured, progressive full-body strength program built around compound movements — squats, hinges, presses, and pulls. Three training days per week with clear, built-in progression from week to week. This is a complete training program you can follow independently, on your own schedule, with no guesswork about what to do when you walk in.
Best for:Self-directed athletes, members returning from time off, anyone who wants a complete strength program to follow during open gym, or athletes who want a structured full program built around a tighter training schedule.
Custom Programming
Fully individualized — available as a paid add-on
Sometimes the best program is the one built entirely around you. Custom Programming is one-on-one coaching at the programming level — a PFT coach designs your entire training plan around your specific goals, training history, schedule, and any individual considerations like injury history or competition prep.
You get a program that's yours. You get a coach who knows your training inside and out. And you still get all of it inside PFT, surrounded by the community and environment that makes the work worth doing.
Best for:Athletes with highly specific goals, those preparing for competition, or anyone who wants the full attention of a coach applied to their individual training plan.
