  • CrossFit Group Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored!  We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Bootcamp

    Group classes focusing on basic strength training, interval training, and circuit style conditioning. Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. We focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more.

  • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into to your specific needs and work 1-on-1 with you to create the optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots.

  • Sports Performance Training

    Increase your strength, power and speed development with a program that meets the demand of your respective sport. Keep your skills sharp during the off-season and learn new techniques that make you a better, more skilled competitor next time you’re on the field. We’ll push you to be faster, stronger, and more agile than ever before. There are 1-on-1 or small group classes available.

  • On Ramp

    A formal introduction to CrossFit training. Learn the fundamental movements and techniques necessary to build a solid CrossFit foundation. This course will ease you into the intensity of the more traditional workouts.

  • Barbell Class- Olympic lifting

    A course dedicated to improving the Olympic lifts of Snatch and Clean and Jerk. It’s great for athletes looking to correct their technique, gain strength, or pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • KidFit

    KidFit teaches children ages 7-12 the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. The class also promotes physical literacy, enhances sports performance, and decreases sports injuries.

  • Team Strength and Conditioning

    Our strength and conditioning programs help athletes develop more strength and power, as well as speed, agility, and balance. These programs are designed to make you reach your highest potential and get real results while reducing the chance of injury and burn-out. We also emphasize effective recovery through stretching. It helps athletes with overall improvement and maintenance.
